I encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to inquire about coverage. Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider:

1. What is my deductible amount? 

2. How much of my deductible has been met?

3. What is my copay amount?

4. Do I have Out of Network benefits? If yes, what is the reimbursement rate? (The billing code for outpatient therapy is 90837) 

My fee for intake and regular sessions is:

$150/session (50 minute) 

All payments will be collected by Credit Card which will be securely stored on an electronic medical record system.
